Korg Pa500 - OS NOT PRESENT

i tamo mozes naci novi OS (verzija 1,18) i music resurse
i mislim je da je to pod rubrikom software (a prije toga
pronadji pa500).
Tu imas i uputstvo za ubacivanje OS i musac resurse.

Uglavnom OS moras ubaciti na karticu (SD). Nadam se da
imas SD karticu (cijena je oko 10 KM za 1 GB ili 5 eura).
Moras imati i citac kartica (isto oko 5 eura) koji se kopcha
na USB od rachunara. Obichno to bude univerzalni. Ja
imam takav pa ima 4 oblika kartica. Kad sve to imas
i skines software sa neta, ubaci to na SD karticu.
Prije toga to moras na rachunaru raspakovati tako
da dobijes fajl sa extenzijom .pkg (za OS) dok je za music resurse
druga extenzija.
SD karticu onda stavis u klavijaturu. Upalis klavijaturu i pri tom
drzis tipku Intro 1 i tada bi trebala poceti instalacija OS.
Kad se zavrsi ugasis klavijaturu i opet je upalis.

Sad ides na instalaciju music resurse.
Ides na dugme MEDIA, pronadjes taj fajl
i pritisnes LOAD.
I to bi trebalo biti to.

Loading a .PKG file
The following procedure allows you to load the Operating Sys-
tem.
1. Unzip the “Pa500_os_v[nnn].zip” file, to obtain the
“Pa500All.pkg” system file.
2. Copy the file “Pa500All.pkg” to the root of an SD card.
As an alternative, you can copy the file to the root of an SD
card inserted into the internal SD drive of the Pa500, by
using the USB port to connect your Pa500 to a personal
computer.
3. Turn the Pa500 off, and insert the SD card into the SD drive
of the Pa500.
4. Turn the Pa500 on, while keeping the INTRO 1 button
pressed.
5. The file begins to be loaded, and the “Loading package…”
message appears on the display. After some seconds, a
progress bar will show the loading advancement:
Warning: Do not power the instrument off, or remove the
SD card , while this procedure is running!
6. At the end of the procedure, a message asks you to restart
the instrument:
7. Turn the instrument off, then on again.
Loading a .BKP file
To load a “.BKP” file, use the Media > Utility > Full Restore
Resources command.
Warning: Don’t play the keyboard while restoring data, and stay in
the Media mode. Wait until the “Wait” message disappears.
Warning: Loading this file will delete your User data, so we suggest
you back-up your older data before upgrading. See “Backing-up
your older data” above.
1. Unzip the “Pa500_res_v[nnn].zip” file, to obtain the
“Pa500_res_v[nnn].bkp” resource file.
2. Copy the file “Pa500_res_v[nnn].bkp” to an SD card.
As an alternative, you can copy the file to an SD card
inserted into the internal SD drive of the Pa500, by using
the USB port to connect your Pa500 to a personal com-
puter.
3. Insert the SD card into the SD drive of the Pa500.
4. In the Media > Utility page, select the Full Restore
Resources command, then press Execute. The source device
appears.
5. Browse through the files to find the backup file.
6. When the backup file (“.BKP” file) is in the display, select it
and press the Restore command.
7. When done, turn the instrument off, then on again.
